In this case, we cannot guarantee direct delivery. It is always the customer's responsibility to ensure that the receipt of these products complies with the legislation of their country.
Parcel forwarding services
There are companies specialized in parcel forwarding such as Colis Expat or Easy Delivery (High shipping costs), which can be used as a logistics service. These companies receive your order in a warehouse located in France, then offer you different options to forward it to the final address of your choice.

- The use of such a service must remain in compliance with the laws in force in your country.
- We guarantee delivery only up to the forwarding service address in France. Any responsibility beyond that lies with this provider.
What is a forwarding service?
It is a logistics intermediary. You place an order with us using the address of one of these services in France. Once the parcel is received at their warehouse, it is forwarded to your final address, anywhere in the world.

- Sign up on colisexpat.com.
- Set up your delivery and billing address
- Choose the subscription (We recommend the annual premium subscription to benefit from a discount on shipping fees)
- Retrieve your dedicated address in France at the following link: https://client.colisexpat.com/fr/clients/transitAddresses
- Order on our site choosing this French address as the delivery address
- Colis Expat notifies you upon receipt of the package in their warehouse.
- Schedule the forwarding via the client interface.
- Provide product descriptions for customs documents if necessary (outside the EU).
- Pay and choose the carrier.
🟦 Easy Delivery (High shipping fees)
- Create an account on easy-delivery.com.
- Once the account is created, you will have a French address corresponding to their depot in France.
- Order on our site using this address as the delivery address. Don’t forget to change the country to "France"
- Track your package via your "My Packages" area.
- Provide the standard dimensions: 26 x 22 x 13 cm.
- Choose a carrier, confirm, and pay the forwarding fees.
- Receive at your home or at a nearby pickup point.
Important
- We guarantee delivery up to the forwarding service's warehouse. Any issues beyond this point must be addressed to the chosen service.
- Allow 1 to 2 additional business days for transfer to the warehouse.
