Delivery
Order processing time
Any order validated and fully paid before 9 a.m. will be processed by our team the same day. Order processing takes place within a variable timeframe ranging from a few minutes up to a maximum of 3 business days, depending on product availability in our warehouse stock.
Please note that if you choose to pay for your order by bank transfer, the validation of your order is not automatic but requires the intervention of our accounting department, even if your transfer is instant. Please also note that the order validation time depends on the exchange of information between banking IT systems and can vary from 1 to 3 business days.
In the event that one or more of the products ordered by the Customer become unavailable for a period that may exceed 1 business day, our team commits to contacting the Customer by email to inform them of the situation and offer a solution.
Our team reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order for which product unavailability exceeds 70% of the total order. The Customer is then informed by email of the cancellation and refund of their order.
Our team remains at the Customer's disposal via our contact form for any inquiries regarding one of their orders.
Delivery times
Deliveries are made according to the deadlines listed on the Site depending on the chosen delivery method, starting from the sending of the email confirming the dispatch of the said order. These delivery times are indicated as precisely as possible and depend on the carrier. The deadlines are understood as business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
In case of foreseeable delivery delay, VAPEVO will inform the Customer as soon as possible by email and provide an estimate of the additional delivery time.
In any case, VAPEVO commits to delivering the consumer Customer within a maximum period of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.
In case of exceeding this deadline and except in cases of force majeure, the Customer may terminate the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by a written notice on any other durable medium, if, after having urged VAPEVO to make the delivery, the latter has not complied within the deadline.
The contract is considered terminated upon VAPEVO's receipt of the letter or written notice informing them of this termination, unless VAPEVO has already complied in the meantime.
When the contract is terminated under the conditions listed above, VAPEVO is required to refund the Customer the full amount paid, no later than 14 days after the date the contract was terminated. The amount paid by the consumer customer is automatically increased by 10% if the refund occurs no later than 30 days beyond this deadline, by 20% up to 60 days, and by 50% thereafter.
All orders placed before 9AM can be shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays and depending on product availability). A link containing your parcel tracking will be sent to you by email at the time of shipment.

For certain destinations in Europe (see details below), deliveries are handled by La Poste in France and are deposited directly into your mailbox. Please ensure that the name on your delivery address matches the name on your mailbox to guarantee smooth delivery. Parcels are usually delivered within 7 to 10 days, but the delay can extend up to 15 days depending on the carrier's routing.
This delay may be extended in case the product is unavailable. Our customer service will contact you directly if any of your items are unavailable.

Deliveries
Deliveries take place in mainland France and in the European countries listed below:
Zone 1: Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
Zone 2: Spain, Italy, Portugal, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic
Zone 3: Austria.
Zone 4: Bulgaria, Estonia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Ireland, Slovenia, Sweden
Zone 5: Malta, Cyprus
Non-EU Zone: Switzerland, United Kingdom.
For the delivery of their order, the Customer must choose a delivery method from those offered by VAPEVO.
- Delivery to the delivery address provided by the Customer during their order on the Site;
- Delivery to the relay point selected by the Customer during their order on the Site from those offered to them;
(i) Delivery to the address provided by the Customer
If the Customer selects this delivery method, the products will then be delivered to the address they specified on the Site when placing their order.
VAPEVO cannot in any case be held responsible for delays and/or non-delivery due to a false or incorrect address or an address where delivery proves impossible.
The transport will be carried out by an independent company. The Customer agrees to check the condition of the package on the day of receipt. In case of the Customer's absence at the time of delivery, they have a period of 15 working days to collect the package from the carrier or depot chosen by the Customer or, failing that, by the carrier, starting from the deposit of the delivery notice. In any case, the Customer is informed as soon as possible of the availability of the products.
Any package returned to VAPEVO due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or because the Customer did not collect it from the carrier or depot within the time frame indicated in the previous paragraph, will be reshipped at the Customer's expense upon their request, or, failing that, refunded minus the shipping costs incurred by the sending and return of said package.
(ii) Delivery to relay point
The products ordered by the Customer will be delivered to the relay point selected by the Customer; it is the Customer's responsibility to collect the products.
The Customer is informed of the product delivery by email.
The Customer is then informed of the time frame during which they can collect their order.
As part of this pickup, the Customer must be in possession of the identity document corresponding to the name appearing on the delivery address chosen at the time of order confirmation on the vapevo.com website.
Due to the Client's withdrawal of the order, evidenced by the signature of the receipt note (or any other equivalent document), the risks of the products are immediately transferred to the Client.
If the Client does not collect the products made available at the relay point within the allotted time, the package will be returned to its sender. In this context, the Client will be informed by any person and by any means of the terms, including financial ones, to obtain a new delivery. The costs resulting from the new delivery will in any case be borne by the Client.
Receipt of goods
It is the Client's responsibility to check the condition of the packaging and products and the number of products upon receipt.
In case of dispute, damage to the package during transport, or delay, it is the Client's responsibility to make clear and precise reservations on the carrier's delivery note. The Client must confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three (3) days, excluding public holidays, following receipt of the products.
In accordance with Article L. 224-65 of the Consumer Code, when the Client personally takes delivery of the transported products and when the carrier does not prove that they allowed the Client to effectively verify their good condition, the above-mentioned period is extended to ten (10) days.
Without prejudice to the measures to be taken against the carrier, claims regarding apparent defects or non-compliance of the delivered products must be made to VAPEVO in writing as soon as possible from the date of delivery or product availability. It is the Client's responsibility to provide any justification regarding the reality of the defects or anomalies observed, notably by sending to VAPEVO:
- a photocopy of the letter of reservation sent to the carrier;
- a photocopy of the delivery note mentioning the reservations.
Any claim made late could potentially prevent the claim from being taken into account..
It is expressly agreed that statements such as "subject to inspection upon unpacking" do not constitute a reservation within the meaning of this article.
Regarding in-store pickups, in case of dispute over the quantity and/or condition of the products at the time of pickup, the Client must immediately inform the teams of the concerned store.
In any case, VAPEVO cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure in delivery due to a force majeure event or a fault of the Client.
