The ASPIRE ZELOS 3 kit combines a box mod with a built-in 3200 mAh battery and the 4 ml NAUTILUS 3 clearomizer. Its adjustable power from 1 to 80W, color screen, and various operating modes allow you to adapt the settings to the coil being used.

The NAUTILUS 3 remains compatible with coils from the Nautilus family and features seven-position adjustable airflow. The kit includes a Nautilus BVC 1.8Ω coil and a Nautilus 2S Mesh 0.7Ω coil, allowing you to adjust the settings and airflow.

🖋️ Aluminum and zinc alloy construction

The ZELOS 3 box mod uses a construction combining aluminum and zinc alloy. Its rounded body houses the built-in battery, while the controls and screen are grouped on the front.

The box mod alone measures 81 x 38 x 28 mm. The NAUTILUS 3 clearomizer has a diameter of 24 mm and a height of 48.5 mm with its drip tip.

📟 0.96-inch TFT color screen

The ZELOS 3 features a 0.96-inch TFT color screen for viewing operating parameters.

The interface displays, among other things:

• The battery level
• The selected mode setting
• The resistance value
• The puff counter

The brightness is adjustable, and several interface colors are available. The “+” and “−” buttons let you navigate the settings, with confirmation via the Fire button.

🔋 Built-in 3200 mAh battery

The ZELOS 3 box mod features a built-in 3200 mAh battery. It is not removable and recharges directly in the device.

Actual battery life depends on the selected power, the installed coil, the duration of each puff, and how frequently you vape.

For a comparable usage time, low-power settings put less strain on the battery than high-power settings.

⚡ USB-C charging up to 2A

Charging is done via the USB-C port, with a maximum charging current of 2A. A USB-C cable is included in the standard kit.

During charging, the screen displays a battery animation. When charging is complete, the indicator appears full, then the screen turns off.

⚙️ Adjustable power and various operating modes

The ASP chipset from ASPIRE offers several modes accessible from the box mod’s menu.

WATT: power adjustment

The WATT mode allows you to adjust the power between 1 and 80W. The selected value should remain within the range indicated on the installed coil.

VOLTAGE: voltage adjustment

The VOLTAGE mode allows you to select an output voltage between 0.5 and 8.4V, rather than a power level expressed in watts.

BYPASS

The BYPASS mode adjusts the output according to the battery charge and the installed coil. It therefore does not correspond to a constant power setting.

TC / TCR: temperature control

Temperature control offers a range of 100 to 315°C. The TC / TCR functions require a coil made of a material compatible with this operation.

The presence of these modes on the box mod does not mean that all Nautilus coils can be used in temperature control mode.

CPS

The menu also includes a CPS mode, which expands the box mod’s adjustment options. Refer to the manual for its configuration and associated precautions.

🌀 Adjustable airflow with seven positions

The NAUTILUS 3 has an airflow adjustment ring located at its base. It allows you to select different openings to adjust the draw resistance.

The seven available diameters are:

• 0.8 mm
• 1.0 mm
• 1.2 mm
• 1.5 mm
• 1.8 mm
• 2.5 mm
• 3.0 mm

The smaller openings provide a more restrictive draw. The larger openings allow more air to pass through.

The NAUTILUS 3 is primarily designed for mouth-to-lung inhalation, also known as MTL. The result depends on the combination of the airflow opening, the coil and the selected power.

💧 4 ml NAUTILUS 3 clearomizer

This version of the kit includes a 4 ml NAUTILUS 3. Its glass tank allows you to monitor the e-liquid level.

The clearomizer has a structure made of stainless steel and an interchangeable 510 drip tip.

The coil is separate from the tank: when it needs to be replaced, there is no need to replace the entire clearomizer.

⛽ Top filling

The NAUTILUS 3 uses a sliding top-cap top-fill system.

On the standard version, filling is carried out in three steps:

• Slide the top cap to the triangular mark
• Pour the e-liquid into the filling port
• Close the top cap by sliding it back to its original position

The CRC versions have a different opening mechanism, requiring the drip tip to be removed first. Refer to the instructions for your version.

🔥 Two coils included: 1.8Ω and 0.7Ω Mesh

The package contains two coils with different wattage ranges.

Nautilus BVC 1.8Ω

The Nautilus BVC 1.8Ω coil is used between 10 and 14W. It is intended for low-wattage use with an MTL draw.

Nautilus 2S Mesh 0.7Ω

The Nautilus 2S Mesh 0.7Ω coil is used between 20 and 25W. It uses a Mesh structure and operates at a higher wattage than the 1.8Ω coil.

Important: the advertised 80W corresponds to the box's maximum power output. The supplied coils must not be used at this wattage.

🔄 Compatibility with Nautilus coils

The NAUTILUS 3 is compatible with Nautilus family coils. ASPIRE specifically mentions the Nautilus 1.6Ω and 1.8Ω, Nautilus 2 0.7Ω, and Nautilus 2S 0.4Ω and 0.7Ω versions.

Each reference has its own specifications. The resistance value in ohms alone is not enough to determine the wattage: always check the range indicated on the coil or its packaging.

🛠️ Push-fit coil replacement

The NAUTILUS 3 uses a push-fit, or press-fit, coil system.

A shut-off valve for the e-liquid inlet limits the flow of liquid to the coil housing during replacement.

To replace the coil:

• Unscrew the base of the clearomizer
• Remove the used coil
• Insert the new coil into its housing
• Screw the clearomizer base back on

Before using a new coil for the first time, follow the priming instructions in the manual and allow the cotton to soak up e-liquid.

💨 Fire button activation

The ZELOS 3 operates with a Fire button: activation does not occur automatically when inhaling.

The box mod also has an on/off switch under the device and two adjustment buttons on the front.

To access the main menu, press and hold the Fire button and the “+” button for two seconds simultaneously. Then use the “+” and “−” buttons to select the options.

The ASP chipset incorporates several electronic protections:

• Protection against excessively long activation
• Short-circuit protection
• Overheating protection
• Protection against excessively low battery voltage
• Overcharge protection
• Over-discharge protection
