Overview
The Nitecore UM4 charger can recharge up to 1500 mAh on a single slot, or 3000 mAh by distributing 1500 mAh across two slots simultaneously. Equipped with a Micro-USB input port, it accepts multiple power sources: external battery (PowerBank), solar panel, or a standard USB wall adapter. The charging current directly depends on the connected source. Therefore, the charging speed can vary, especially between solar power and a standard wall outlet.

It allows, for example, to recharge a 3500 mAh battery to 80% in just two hours. Its built-in LCD screen provides precise information on:
  • The charge status of each battery
  • The internal resistance
  • The number of mAh already charged
  • The elapsed charging time
  • The voltage
  • The output current
  • The recognized battery type

Special program for IMR batteries
This model features a specific mode for IMR batteries, allowing controlled charging management, which helps extend the lifespan of sensitive batteries.
By holding down the C button, the user accesses a manual adjustment mode, useful for customizing charging parameters according to the characteristics of the inserted battery.
